XKNC-50GY排刀車銑復合機床是在50G基礎之上,開發了Y軸動力刀具以增強銑削功能,X向或Y向動力刀具由普通排刀車床可加裝的一把增加到兩把或是三把,動力刀具沿Y軸方向進給,可以實現徑向面加工、孔加工、端面槽加工、銑削及異型輪廓等復合加工,并具備動力刀具剛性攻絲功能,真正實現了排刀車床的車銑復合加工。


性能特點:


  • 1.高剛性

    1、床身為對稱式結構設計剛性足,主軸與Z軸居于床身中間位置,有效減小熱変位對位置精度的影響。

    2、HT300材質,其強度高,耐磨性好,整體設計優良、減震效果好。

    1、延用日本北村百年傳承的刮研技術及超精研磨工藝,并配置自動潤滑系統,確保機床長期高精度、高穩定性。

    2、使用燕尾導軌結構,HT300材質,其強度高,耐磨性好,整體設計優良、減震效果好。

    3、硬軌結構,接觸面均經過刮研處理,每平方英寸刮研點數一般12-14個,使剛性提高明顯。

    4、Z軸采用雙山型滑動導軌,*滿足剛性要求高,加工范圍大的自動化加工。

    動力刀具沿Y軸方向進給,可以實現徑向面加工、孔加工,工件端面的切槽、銑削及異型輪廓加工等三軸聯動復合加工,并具備動力刀具剛性攻絲功能(特配),真正實現了排刀車床的車銑復合加工。

    4、可選配電主軸,采用油冷機冷卻,保證高精度。

    5、特殊配置可選用內置電主軸, 內置電機主軸Ф30規格主軸轉速8000rpm,采用油熱交換器冷卻,保證了主軸的高速高精度。適合于對精度、光潔度要求較高的工件加工,極大提高了生產效率。

    5. 記憶型螺距誤差補償,可對絲杠螺距誤差等機械系統中的誤差進行補償,補償數據以參數的形式存儲在CNC的存儲器中。

    6. CNC內裝PMC編程功能,對機床和外部設備進行程序控制。

    7. 隨機存儲模塊,可在CNC上直接改變PMC程序和宏執行器程序。

    FANUC operating system

    1. High speed and high precision rigid tapping.

    采用與20G機床同等規格尺寸設計,可使用20排刀系列標準刀座,增加排刀數量,實現最大可安裝刀具數量9把。
